If this was produced by a real MT and not VR, there is no excuse for this. And I don't want to hear "Companies want quantity, not quality! There's nothing I can do about it!" or "I'm paid by production so I have to hurry through the reports! There's nothing I can do about it!" Pride in work. Period.
