Today I had to make a courtesy call to a family doctor with the result of an x-ray done on his patient,after the patient came to my Unit for treatment... "So...the patient has fractured his talus" I said "What part of the hip is that?" asked the doctor
The other day my pt had a colostomy, ya know the gallbladder was removed. (and this was from the nurse giving me report)

ReplyDeleteI agree with Lois, he may have had a long-standing issue therefore had nerve damage in his foot. :0)

Had a little kid tell me that his dog had to be "seduced" by the vet for a surgical procedure (he obviously meant sedated).
