My dad has been starring in that same role since 1994. And I am proud to say he is pretty darn good at what he does. He is a Manager so he only works with Commercial Accounts and repeat customers (and he is not shady). And the family discount is GREAT! Not that I use it all that often. But if I want something new (and have no current car payment) then I get great deals. Personally, leasing is the way to go. Wish I had done so this time around but I saved $4500 by purchasing my Escape (discount, repeat customer discount, and rebate incentive).
