When I was 12 I was a patient in the ED. At some point I asked if my mother could come back into the room and the nurse asked me what she looked like. I responded, "She wears a wig and has false teeth" In my defense I have to say that I had already been given pain medication at that point.
Oh yes... of course I know her. That ugly b****
ReplyDeleteFatter? Maybe. Uglier? Impossible.
ReplyDeleteOh . . . that's classic. Thank's for sharing! I can't stop laughing. Maybe 'cause I had a patient say something similar a few months ago.
ReplyDeleteWhat a horrid woman. Who would say that about her own daughter?
ReplyDeletehaha, parents are all kinds of crazy; my time in peds has made that perfectly clear. gotreatheal.wordpress.com
ReplyDeleteI sense a long term, happy mother-daughter relationship there.
ReplyDeleteMy response to her:
ReplyDelete"I find that hard to believe."
I HOPE she was kidding. If not: Daughter probably needs therapy; Mother needs a swift uppercut to the jaw....
ReplyDeleteah , of course, then it can only be....

ReplyDeleteMy daughter is definitely slimmer and prettier than me! If she were fatter and uglier than me she'd be in a circus or on a TV documentary :-P
ReplyDeleteWho says that about their own child??? I have two really beautiful daughters and I am fat and old!
ReplyDeleteMaybe her daughter stole her new BF.
ReplyDeleteReally? Her daughter is alive and employed? I would think this one would have eaten her young.
