Patients from the future

Local nursing home sent this paperwork over today with a patient.

Their math sucks, regardless of how you look at it.

    I saw something similar at work, they said do you want to attend oriention 09-25-2010 or 10-26-2020. A simple typing error, but if I can wait 10 years to attend orientation that will be fine with me.
