Dr. G. I guess this is my day for comments. My husband's pain management doctor recommended he drink quinine water for his leg cramps. Add to that the fact he is already prone to blood clots, this is very confusing.

ReplyDeleteMagnesium (citrate) is great for leg cramps! Most of us are deficient in magnesium.

ReplyDeleteThat article against quinine for leg cramps is dated December of 2006; my Dad passed on in June of 2006 from a STROKE!
