  1. Can you get that therapist to give you the lottery numbers for 3 weeks from now, also?

  2. Silly me...here I thought therapy was desined to alleviate symptoms. My guess is that the patient hasn't exactly approved said treatment goals?

Hugs to you Dr. Grumpy. It sure has been a trying week for you - and it is only Wednesday! May your New Year bring you more elightened patients, drug reps, therapists, and colleagues! Yes, I know this won't happen. I am a psychologist after all and am never worried about lack of crayzees on my end - but hey, it is the thought that counts, right? :)

  3. Should be a fairly easy goal to accomplish, anyway.

  4. Psychic Therapist?

They know you troubles before you do.

  5. If I sleep on my arm funny, I can accomplish that in a few hours instead of three weeks.

  6. Wasn't it Maurice Pappworth, a maverick British Physician who excelled at irritating the establishment (and everyone else), who defined physiotherapy as being "a suitable occupation for young bred young women in the interval between finishing school and marriage"? Times have changed. Today even expressing such a thought is rightly an anathema.

  7. Who is in charge of this unit? Dr Mengele?

  8. As an occupational therapist, it's at least nice to know that you read the plan of cares and goals that you receive! Pretty funny though.

  9. As a PT, I'm glad you read the plan and goals too - but are you saying you never made a typo in a report? C'mon pal - we're all human.

  10. Actually I have met physical therapists who could fairly quickly achieve that goal. :-)

  11. Anon- I know it's a typo, and I make them, too. A lot. I don't hold it against the therapist, or the place.

But sometimes things are just funny.
