Almost time for the annual follow up
Well, now you know that Mr. Jones definitely did NOT show up at the main office but hopefully will return if necessary. Very important data for the future case report some resident is planning.
These are clearly the notes of a patient who attended at an English ER and when he wasn’t seen after an 8 hour wait went home and consulted Dr Google…

So now we also have to document for every day we don't see patients!
