Cafe Press allows you to make designs and then people can order whatever products with your logo/design they want. Personally, I like making my own silk screens. One of my best friends is an MD who I met when she lived here during her residency. We started making screen printed items under the name "Dura Mater" when she was pregnant and I was a new mother. The first set was made while I rocked my daughter in her carrier with one foot and pulled the squeegie with my hands.
It is a good craft for kids, so maybe you could make a little cottage industry.
Yes--I love this blog, it always cheers me up and even if you are not open on Thanksgiving you never fail to blog a couple of times a day even!

Oh I love the Grumpy-isms idea. Coffee mug, tees...either work for me. I absolutely love your blog and look forward to it every day. Most definitely count me in. Not so much for a coffee mug, I prefer my caffeine in a can, with a Coke label. But a t-shirt? Heck yeah!
